In short
- Darobots automated 80% of bookings for the CHANGER barbershop chain with a full-cycle Telegram booking bot.
- Average booking time dropped from 8 minutes to 3, repeat visits grew by 35%.
- Administrator workload fell by 60%: reminders at 24 and 2 hours, rescheduling and cancellations run without a human.
- The bot syncs with the barbers' Google Calendar and scales across all locations behind one customer-facing interface.
Client and task
CHANGER is a barbershop chain operating in several cities across Ukraine. Before turning to Darobots, administrators handled bookings manually through Instagram Direct and Telegram: each booking meant 5-10 back-and-forth messages. As the chain grew, the system broke down: missed messages, double bookings, lost customers.
Task: automate bookings, reduce the load on administrators, and increase repeat visits.
What the Darobots team did
We built a Telegram bot with a full booking cycle - from choosing a barber to confirming the appointment and sending a reminder the day before the visit.

Dialog demo: this is how the bot works in a real chat
Bot functionality:
- choice of location and barber;
- real-time view of available slots;
- automatic booking confirmation;
- reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment;
- ability to reschedule or cancel a booking without an administrator's involvement;
- feedback collection after the visit;
- bonus point accumulation and a loyalty program.
Integrations
The bot syncs with the barbers' Google Calendar, so the schedule is always up to date. New bookings automatically land in the shared log.
Results 3 months after launch
Booking time was cut in half - from 8 minutes down to 3. Repeat visits grew thanks to reminders and the loyalty program, and administrators were freed from routine work to focus on real service.
What matters in this case
CHANGER is a chain, not a single location. Darobots built a single bot that scales across every location: each one has its own schedule and its own barbers, but the customer sees one unified interface. Customers don't need to think about whether they're in Vinnytsia or Kyiv. They just book.
