Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of darobots.com.ua and the procedure for ordering services from Darobots.

Services

Darobots develops chatbots, AI agents, business process automations, websites, business dashboards and custom CRM systems. Prices on the Site are indicative starting points: the final cost and timeline are fixed in an individual commercial proposal after a free brief.

How we work

• a request via the Site or messengers - a free brief / AI audit;
• agreeing on the scope of work, cost and timeline;
• development with interim demos;
• launch, handover of access and support as agreed.

Payment

The payment procedure and stages are defined by a contract or invoice for each project individually. Work starts after the agreed prepayment unless the parties agree otherwise.

Intellectual property

After full payment for the project, the rights to the developed solution are transferred to the client to the extent defined by the contract. Darobots reserves the right to mention the project in its portfolio unless the contract provides otherwise.

Liability

The Site is provided «as is». We strive to keep the information on the Site up to date but do not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies. The terms of a specific project, including warranties and SLA, are fixed by the contract.
